Chevelle – Take out the Gunman new music
Despite the current trend of our Canadian Radio Stations suddenly rebranding themselves as ‘modern rock‘ stations (and playing an unwelcome glut of somewhat wimpy Hipster crap), Chevelle’s new song Take out the Gunman beat out lesser hard rock songs today on our local station CFOX.com’s ‘Furious Five at 5‘
We’re liking the new Chevelle song. Something a little harder edge than usual but pretty kick ass… crank it! There is hope yet that Hard Rock is making a comeback!
Chevelle recorded their 7th album, teaming up again with producer Joe Barresi. Recording and production is finished, and the band announced an album release date of April 1.. Happy April Fools day! The album is titled La Gargola (Spanish for the gargoyle). So far tour dates are limited to the Southern states.
