One of Canada’s best loved bands, The Trews, have been busy! With over 1000 shows worldwide to date, including support for The Rolling Stones, Kid Rock and Bruce Springsteen among others, the Trews have managed to turn 10 yrs old, stack up 13 Top 10 Rock Radio singles (including 2 at #1), attain 2 Gold Albums, and are putting the finishing touches on their 5th studio album titled, aptly enough, The Trews, due out April 22!
Always doing things in style, the band is releasing their blazing first single to radio on Valentines Day, Friday Feb. 14. Called What’s Fair is Fair, it is described by singer Colin MacDonald as, “a song I wrote about a relationship falling apart. Sometimes when you cross a line, you can’t come back.”
