Jack Black and Kyle Gass, aka epic rockers Tenacious D, are gracing not one, but TWO Vancouver stages this week.
They start with an appetizer in the form of their animated/hand scribbled film “Post-Apocalypto” at the recently rescued Rio Theatre on Wednesday, December 12th and follow with a pretty-much sold-out concert at the Queen Elizabeth theatre the very next night.
The Grammy award winning act have just started their tour of select North American cities and are sure to be amazing their fans with their witty repartee, acerbic commentary, sexual innuendo, four-letter words and of course, immaculate musicianship. And also, JB has developed some facial hair quite possibly inspired by Robin Williams in “The Fisher King”.
